01 / THE SERVICE

AdBoltPro is a creator-assistance service.

AdBoltPro provides tools intended to help users develop content ideas, titles, captions, scripts, hashtags, creator plans, character stories, podcast materials, sound-effect resources and related creative workflows. Features, limits and access may vary by plan and may change as the service develops.

Generated results are suggestions created from the information and choices you provide. They are not a replacement for your own judgment, review or editing.

02 / ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

Keep your account details accurate and secure.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for activity carried out through your account. One account is intended for the individual who registered it. Do not share login credentials, transfer account access without permission or allow unauthorised people to use your account.

Tell us promptly at adboltpro@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may require reasonable verification before helping with an account request.

03 / ACCEPTABLE USE

Use the tools lawfully and responsibly.

You must not use AdBoltPro to create, distribute or support content that is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, defamatory, sexually exploitative, discriminatory, infringing, privacy-violating or deceptive. You must not use the service to send spam, impersonate another person, bypass access limits, interfere with the service, scrape the service without authorisation or attempt to access another user’s account or data.

• Respect third-party rightsDo not submit or use content that infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy, publicity or other rights.
• Use safe judgmentDo not rely on outputs as medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or other professional advice.

04 / YOUR CONTENT AND GENERATED OUTPUTS

Your input remains your responsibility.

You may submit prompts, text, topics, preferences and other material to use the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit that material. Between you and AdBoltPro, we do not claim ownership of your original input; however, you are responsible for how you use, share or publish it.

AI-generated outputs can be similar to material generated for other users and may contain errors, incomplete information or content that requires changes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether, how and where to use them. Do not represent generated output as guaranteed original, factual, legally cleared or suitable for a specific purpose without your own review.

05 / PLANS, PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Plan details are shown before checkout.

The price, included features, usage limits, access period and other applicable plan details are shown on the relevant pricing and checkout pages. Please review those details before you pay. Payments are processed through payment providers made available at checkout.

Our Refund Policy explains the refund approach for digital services and the limited situations in which we may review a request. Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

06 / NO PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

We help with the work; we cannot guarantee the result.

AdBoltPro does not guarantee views, reach, followers, revenue, virality, search ranking, audience growth, platform approval, conversion, business results or any particular outcome from using the service or generated content. Social platforms and audience responses are outside our control.

07 / AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

The service may evolve or be temporarily unavailable.

We aim to keep AdBoltPro available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or always-available access. We may maintain, update, modify or discontinue features to improve the service, address security or legal needs, or respond to provider changes. Where reasonably practical, we may provide notice of material changes that affect active access.

08 / SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

We may act to protect users and the service.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, security risk, payment dispute or harm to AdBoltPro, users or others. You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion and privacy requests can be sent to adboltpro@gmail.com.

09 / THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Other services have their own terms.

AdBoltPro may link to or rely on third-party platforms, payment providers, hosting providers, AI technology providers or other services. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10 / CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We will post the current version here.

We may update these Terms as AdBoltPro changes. The “Last updated” date shows when the Terms were most recently changed. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
